Process: Here's how it works...
I will: Make an appointment to conduct a full client assessment of your individual culinary wants and needs, likes and dislikes and/or possible allergy or dietary constraints.

I will: Take the assessment information home and, with the information you offered me, will plan out a list of appetizing and nutritious menu options for you to select from.

You will: Select as many menu items that appeal to you.

I will: Choose five (5) menus from your list and schedule a cook date.

I will: (On your Cook Date) Do all of the grocery shopping that day, in order to obtain the freshest and best quality ingredients.

I will: After grocery shopping, I will arrive at your home with all of my own pots, pans, knives, utensils and any other necessary kitchen equipment necessary to complete your entrees and side dishes. From my home, I will also bring any standard food staples needed, such as flour, sugar, spices and herbs.

I will: Prepare your entrees and side dishes at your home. The number of dinners prepared will be in accordance of how many I am cooking for, such as:

  • 5 Entrees, plus sides for: 1 person

  • 10 Entrees, plus sides for: 2 ppl

  • 20 Entrees, plus sides for: 4 ppl


I will: Bring your kitchen back to the condition it was when I arrived and will be gone before you get home from work. Dinner for that night will be in the oven (if you choose) and dinner for the next night will be in the refrigerator. All remaining meals will be in your freezer, sealed and marked with cooking instructions.
